Description: DGRW U.S. Quality Dividend

The WisdomTree U.S. Quality Dividend Growth Fund (DGRW) is a Large Blend ETF listed on NASDAQ that tracks a fundamentally weighted index of dividend-paying U.S. common stocks exhibiting growth characteristics. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the funds total assets (excluding collateral from securities lending) are invested in securities that are constituents of the underlying index or have economic characteristics substantially identical to those constituents. The fund is structured as non-diversified and was launched on May 22, 2013.

The index uses fundamental weighting, which means constituents are weighted based on financial fundamentals such as earnings or dividends rather than by market capitalization. This approach differs from traditional market-cap-weighted benchmarks and is intended to reduce concentration in the largest companies. Dividend-growth investing, the funds core strategy, targets companies that consistently increase their dividend payments, a characteristic historically associated with financially stable firms with strong cash flows.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • U.S. large-cap dividend growth stocks drive underlying index performance
  • Rising interest rates pressure dividend equity valuations versus bonds
  • Competition intensifies from VIG and SCHD in dividend growth category
