Description: XDJP Nikkei 225 1D

The Xtrackers Nikkei 225 UCITS ETF 1D (XDJP) is a Germany-domiciled exchange-traded fund that aims to track the performance of the Nikkei Stock Average Index, which comprises 225 large-cap stocks listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. The fund falls within the Japan Large-Cap Blend Equity category and is managed on a passive basis by Deutsche Asset Management (UK) Limited as the Sub-Portfolio Manager. As a passive index-tracking product in the ETF sector, it generates revenue primarily through management fees tied to assets under management.

The underlying Index maintains long-term continuity through periodic reviews of constituent shares, which are evaluated based on liquidity and sector balance. Liquidity is assessed by ranking shares according to trading volume and the magnitude of price fluctuations by volume over the preceding 5 years. The Fund seeks to replicate the Index by holding all or a substantial portion of its constituent shares in the same proportions as the Index. The benchmark used is the Morningstar Japan TME NR JPY.
