Description: XBCI NEOS Boosted Bitcoin High

The fund gains indirect exposure to Spot Bitcoin ETPs by investing up to 25% of its total assets in a wholly-owned Subsidiary, a structure commonly used by digital asset ETFs to satisfy U.S. federal tax diversification requirements applicable to registered investment companies. The Subsidiary, also advised by the Adviser, allows the fund to hold Bitcoin-related assets in a manner consistent with RIC tax treatment under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code.

As a non-diversified fund within the Digital Assets category, XBCI concentrates its exposure in Bitcoin-related instruments, and the Boosted High Income labeling suggests the use of an options-based yield overlay on top of spot Bitcoin exposure to generate additional income for shareholders.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • Spot Bitcoin price volatility drives underlying ETP returns
  • Covered call overlay caps upside but boosts monthly income yield
  • Regulatory shifts on spot Bitcoin ETPs reshape competitive landscape
