HMS Networks AB (publ), founded in 1988 and headquartered in Halmstad, Sweden, provides industrial information and communication technology (ICT) solutions worldwide. Its portfolio spans industrial data products (HMI, panel meters, controllers, network diagnostics and security, remote gateways), network connectivity hardware (embedded interfaces, protocol converters, gateways, switches, wireless, industrial PC interfaces), building automation gateways, and vehicle and medical communication products, sold under the Anybus, Ixxat, Ewon, Intesis, Red Lion, and N-Tron brands.

The companys products are used by customers across automotive, factory and building automation, food and beverage, medical, packaging, power generation, process automation, transport and infrastructure, warehouse and distribution, and water/wastewater industries, supporting applications such as battery energy storage, EV charging, HVAC and lighting control, mobile robots, PLCs, robot controllers, and smart metering.

HMS operates in the industrial communications segment of the broader Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and factory automation market, where its multi-brand, OEM-oriented model lets it address both legacy fieldbus protocols and modern Ethernet/IP-based industrial networks across diverse end markets.
