Description: EPI-B Epiroc (publ)

Epiroc AB is a Swedish industrial company that develops and produces equipment, tools, and services for the global mining and infrastructure industries. Operations are organized into two segments: Equipment & Service, which covers rock drilling, excavation, reinforcement, loading, haulage, and ventilation systems together with spare parts and aftermarket support, and Tools & Attachments, which supplies consumables such as drill bits, rock bolts, hydraulic breakers, ground engaging tools, and crusher buckets. The company operates across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and India.

The business model combines capital equipment sales with recurring revenue from spare parts, service agreements, remanufacturing, and digital offerings that include automation, collision avoidance, fleet connectivity, and electrification solutions. Epiroc holds a strategic collaboration with Chinas Sany Group for mining equipment and technology. Founded in 1873 and headquartered in Nacka, Sweden, the company was separated from Atlas Copco in 2018 to operate as an independent entity focused on mining and rock excavation customers.
