Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) is a global provider of mobility ecosystem solutions operating through three segments: Mobility Technologies, Repair Solutions, and Environmental and Fueling Solutions. The Mobility Technologies segment delivers digitally enabled equipment and software, including convenience retail operating platforms, point-of-sale and payment systems, remote diagnostics, EV charging network software, and IoT-based fleet telematics. The Repair Solutions segment manufactures and distributes aftermarket vehicle repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and software through a mobile franchise network. The Environmental and Fueling Solutions segment offers leak detection systems, forecourt controllers, vapor recovery equipment, and fuel dispensers under the Gilbarco and Veeder-Root brands, serving retail and commercial fueling, convenience store, and car wash operators worldwide.

Vontier was incorporated in 2019 and spun off from Fortive Corporation, completing its NYSE listing in October 2020 as a mid-cap industrial technology company. The business model combines equipment hardware sales with software and service revenue across the petroleum retail, commercial vehicle repair, and electric vehicle charging markets, serving customers in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America from its headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
