The index is designed to maintain a targeted average modified adjusted duration of approximately three years, which positions the fund as a short-duration inflation-protected bond product. Under normal market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its total assets (excluding collateral from securities lending) to the securities included in its benchmark index.
