Description: SPHY Portfolio High Yield Bond

SPHY is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated below investment grade corporate bonds issued in the U.S. domestic market. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities that make up the index, as well as in securities with substantially identical economic characteristics, in accordance with standard index-tracking fund requirements. Below investment grade debt, commonly referred to as high yield or junk bonds, typically offers higher yields than investment grade corporate debt in exchange for greater credit risk. The fund was launched in 2012 and is structured as a large-cap ETF within the high yield bond category.
