Description: SFLR Innovator Equity Managed

Innovator Equity Managed Floor ETF (SFLR) is an actively managed U.S.-listed ETF that seeks capital appreciation by participating in the large-capitalization U.S. equity market while seeking to limit maximum losses. It is classified within the equity hedged ETF category, a segment of defined-outcome or buffer funds that use options overlays to manage downside risk.

The fund builds a diversified equity portfolio drawn from constituents of the Solactive GBS United States 500 Index, a benchmark tracking the broad U.S. large-cap equity universe. It then overlays put and call option contracts intended to reduce the loss potential of the underlying equity exposure. The Solactive GBS United States 500 Index is constructed to represent the 500 largest companies by free-float market capitalization in the U.S. market.

Although the equity holdings themselves provide broad diversification across large-cap U.S. issuers, the fund is structured as non-diversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940, meaning it is not limited in the proportion of assets it may invest in any single issuer.
