Description: NUKZ Range Nuclear Renaissance

The Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF (NUKZ) is a passively managed fund that seeks to track an index of companies operating in the nuclear fuel and energy industry. The underlying index covers four segments: advanced reactors, utilities, construction and services, and fuel. Under normal market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets to securities of nuclear-related companies, and it operates as a non-diversified fund, meaning holdings can be concentrated in fewer issuers than a diversified fund.

Launched in January 2024 and listed on the NYSE, NUKZ is categorized as a Miscellaneous Sector ETF with a small fund size, reflecting the niche and emerging nature of dedicated nuclear energy investment vehicles. The nuclear energy sector has seen renewed institutional interest amid efforts to expand low-carbon baseload power, modernize aging reactor fleets, and develop next-generation small modular reactor (SMR) technology, which the funds advanced reactors component directly targets.

Headlines to Watch Out For
