Description: LIT Lithium & Battery Tech

The Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF (LIT) is a non-diversified fund that invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of its underlying index, as well as related American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs). The fund provides thematic exposure to the lithium and battery technology value chain-from raw material extraction to battery manufacturing-which are key segments supplying the energy storage and electric vehicle markets. Listed on the NYSE and classified within the Natural Resources category, LIT launched in 2010 as one of the earlier exchange-traded products focused specifically on lithium-related equities.
