Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) is a global provider of electronic design and test solutions, operating through two segments: the Communications Solutions Group and the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group. The company offers electronic design automation (EDA) software, instrumentation, and systems used across the full product lifecycle-from design, simulation, and validation through manufacturing, installation, and optimization-serving end markets including wireless communications, data centers, aerospace and defense, automotive, semiconductor, and general electronics.

In addition to hardware and software products such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, analyzers, modular instruments, and network test solutions, Keysight delivers a broad services portfolio that includes installation, training, engineering consulting, calibration, repair, test-as-a-service, and its KeysightCare support plans. Founded in 1939 and headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, the company traces its heritage to Hewlett-Packards test and measurement organization and was spun off as a standalone entity in 2014.
