The iShares Russell 3000 ETF (IWV) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of the Russell 3000 Index, which measures the broad U.S. equity market. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index, with the remaining up to 20% allocated to derivatives such as futures, options, and swap contracts, as well as cash and cash equivalents.
