IDMO is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities comprising its underlying index. That index is composed of constituents drawn from the S&P World Ex-U.S. Index, giving the fund exposure to developed-market equities outside the United States.

Reflecting its momentum strategy, the fund targets international developed-market companies exhibiting relative price strength, with all index compilation, maintenance, and calculation handled by the index provider under established guidelines. Classified within the Foreign Large Blend category, IDMO has been listed on the NYSE since its launch in 2012.
