FTLS is an actively managed long-short equity ETF that invests primarily in U.S. exchange-listed stocks and ETFs, allocating at least 80% of net assets to these securities while maintaining both long and short positions to capture returns from relative price movements. Up to 20% of net assets may be held in U.S. equity index futures, which can be used for hedging or to adjust market exposure efficiently without trading individual securities.
