The Schwab Fundamental International Large Company Index ETF (FNDF) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of an index comprising large-cap developed market companies outside the United States. The fund commits at least 90% of its net assets to the stocks held in the underlying index, which selects its constituents from the RAFI Global Equity Investable Universe using fundamental overall company scores rather than traditional market-capitalization weighting. As a Foreign Large Value ETF with a market capitalization of approximately $24.2 billion USD, FNDF was launched on August 15, 2013, and offers investors exposure to international equities through a fundamentals-based indexing approach commonly associated with the Research Affiliates Fundamental Index (RAFI) methodology.
