Description: FNDE Schwab Fundamental Emerging

The Schwab Fundamental Emerging Markets Large Company Index ETF (FNDE) tracks an index composed of large-cap emerging markets equities, weighted by fundamental measures such as book value, cash flow, sales, and dividends rather than by market capitalization. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the indexs underlying stocks and may hold depositary receipts-including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), and European Depositary Receipts (EDRs)-which are instruments that allow investors to gain exposure to foreign companies through securities traded on domestic or international exchanges. The underlying universe is drawn from emerging markets companies within the RAFI Global Equity Investable Universe, and the index selects and weights its constituents using fundamental overall company scores. As a diversified emerging markets ETF, FNDE provides broad exposure to large companies across developing economies rather than concentrating on a single country or sector.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • US dollar strength drags emerging market equity returns
  • China economic recovery boosts large cap EM holdings
  • Fed rate cuts drive inflows to emerging markets funds
