Description: FNCL Fidelity Financials Index

The Fidelity® MSCI Financials Index ETF (FNCL) is designed to track the performance of the U.S. financial sector by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the MSCI USA IMI Financials 25/50 Index. The 25/50 designation refers to MSCIs diversification rules, which generally cap any single issuer at 25% of the index weight, with a 5% buffer zone to maintain diversification thresholds.

As an exchange-traded fund, FNCL offers investors exposure to a broad segment of U.S. financial companies-including banks, insurance firms, and diversified financial services-through a single security traded on the NYSE. The underlying MSCI USA IMI (Investable Market Index) is constructed to capture large-, mid-, and small-cap representation across the sector. The fund is classified as non-diversified, meaning it may concentrate a greater proportion of its assets in a smaller number of holdings relative to diversified funds.

Headlines to Watch Out For
