Description: FBND Fidelity Total Bond

FBND is an actively managed intermediate core-plus bond ETF that invests at least 80% of its assets in debt securities and related repurchase agreements. The fund uses the Bloomberg U.S. Universal Bond Index as a benchmark guide, allocating across investment-grade, high-yield, and emerging market debt, with up to 20% allowed in lower-quality securities. Portfolio interest rate risk is managed to stay in line with the index. As a core-plus strategy, the fund offers broader sector and credit flexibility than a pure core bond fund, while remaining anchored to a broad U.S. fixed-income benchmark.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • Treasury yields rise on Fed rate cut delay
  • Fund inflows push AUM to record high
