The company is organized into three segments: Water (faucets, sinks, hardware, and waste disposals sold under brands including Moen, ROHL, Riobel, Victoria+Albert, Perrin & Rowe, Aqualisa, Shaws, Emtek, Schaub, and SpringWell), Outdoors (entry doors under Therma-Tru; storm, screen, and security doors under Larson; composite decking, railing, and cladding under Fiberon; urethane millwork under Fypon; and exterior door systems and outdoor enclosures under Solar Innovations), and Security (locks, safety devices, lockout/tagout solutions, electronic security, safes, and security cabinets under the Master Lock, American Lock, Yale, August, and SentrySafe brands).
FBIN sells through a mix of channels, including kitchen and bath dealers, builder- and remodeler-oriented wholesalers, industrial and locksmith distributors, DIY home centers, showrooms, e-commerce, and other retail outlets. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois.
