Description: BCO Brinks

The Brinks Company (NYSE: BCO) is a global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and automated teller machine (ATM) managed services, operating across North America, Latin America, Europe, and other international markets. Its service portfolio spans the full cash-handling value chain, including armored cash-in-transit transportation, ATM cash replenishment and treasury management, secure vault storage for high-value commodities, customs-cleared cross-border shipping, and back-office cash processing such as counting, sorting, counterfeit detection, and electronic account consolidation.

Brinks also serves banks and retailers through vaulting and CIT services, commercial guarding and security offerings, cash management devices and software marketed under the Complete and CompuSafe brands, and end-to-end ATM management covering forecasting, optimization, remote monitoring, transaction processing, maintenance, and funds settlement. The company, founded in 1859 and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, was originally known as The Pittston Company before adopting its current name in May 2003.

Operating within the GICS Security & Alarm Services sub-industry, Brinks sits at the intersection of physical security and financial logistics, where demand is shaped by both retail and banking cash cycles and the ongoing shift toward digital payments, while ATM managed services and digital retail solutions provide adjacent growth avenues beyond traditional armored transport.
