Description: AVIV Avantis International Large

The Avantis International Large Cap ETF (AVIV) is a Foreign Large Value fund that primarily invests in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, allocating at least 80% of its assets to this segment under normal market conditions. It maintains significant international exposure, requiring at least 40% of assets in non-U.S. issuers (or 30% when market conditions are deemed unfavorable), spread across a minimum of three foreign countries.

As a Foreign Large Value ETF, the fund targets large-cap companies outside the United States that typically trade at lower valuations relative to fundamentals such as book value and earnings, a style rooted in value investing principles. The fund may also engage in securities lending, reinvesting collateral in eligible instruments such as government money market funds to generate additional income.
