The underlying index tracks the small-capitalization segment of the MSCI EAFE IMI Index, which covers developed markets in Europe, Australasia, and the Far East while excluding the United States and Canada. By tracking this benchmark, the fund provides exposure to smaller companies in international developed markets through a single, diversified vehicle.
