Description: PSC Principal U.S. Small-Cap

The Principal U.S. Small-Cap Multi-Factor ETF (PSC) is structured to invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of U.S. companies with small market capitalizations, as defined by the range of companies comprising the Russell 2000 Index. The fund maintains a policy-based commitment to small-cap exposure, directing any borrowings for investment purposes toward this same segment of the U.S. equity market.

As a multi-factor ETF, PSC employs a rules-based approach that screens small-cap U.S. equities across multiple quantitative factors, such as value, momentum, quality, and low volatility, rather than weighting holdings solely by market capitalization. The Russell 2000 Index, which defines the funds small-cap universe, is a widely tracked benchmark of smaller U.S. companies that tend to be more domestically focused and less represented in major large-cap indices.
