Description: ONEQ Fidelity Nasdaq Composite

The Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index ETF (ONEQ) is a passively managed fund that seeks to track the performance of the Nasdaq Composite Index. To qualify under its investment policy, the fund must hold at least 80% of its assets in common stocks that are included in the underlying index.

Rather than holding every constituent of the Nasdaq Composite, ONEQ employs a statistical sampling approach. The portfolio manager selects securities based on quantitative factors such as market capitalization, industry exposure, dividend yield, price-to-earnings ratio, price-to-book ratio, and earnings growth, with the goal of producing a return profile closely aligned with the broader index.

As a large-cap growth ETF listed on NASDAQ, ONEQ provides exposure primarily to U.S. companies in the technology and growth-oriented sectors, which dominate the composition of the Nasdaq Composite Index.
