Description: IEP Icahn Enterprises

Icahn Enterprises L.P. is a diversified industrial conglomerate that operates through seven business segments: Investment, Energy, Automotive, Food Packaging, Real Estate, Home Fashion, and Pharma. The Investment segment deploys proprietary capital across private funds and provides advisory and back-office services, while the Energy segment spans petroleum refining, renewable diesel production from feedstocks such as soybean and corn oil, and nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing. Other operations include automotive repair and aftermarket parts, cellulosic and plastic casings for processed meats, investment and residential real estate (including a resort and two country clubs), home fashion consumer products, and pharmaceutical development and services. The company operates in the United States and internationally, was incorporated in 1987, and is headquartered in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. As an industrial conglomerate, Icahn Enterprises follows a holding-company model that aggregates unrelated businesses under a single corporate parent, with segment performance typically tied to commodity price cycles and capital allocation decisions.
