Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC (NASDAQ: CCEP) is a UK-headquartered producer, distributor, and seller of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages. Its product portfolio spans flavours, mixers, energy drinks, soft drinks, water, enhanced water, isotonic drinks, tea and coffee, juices, and other beverages, marketed under a broad brand roster that includes Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Monster Energy, Dr Pepper, Schweppes, smartwater, Minute Maid, and Jack Daniels & Coca-Cola ready-to-drink, among many others. The company also conducts bottling and related operations.
The company was founded in 1904 and is based in Uxbridge, United Kingdom. It was renamed Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC in May 2021, having previously operated as Coca-Cola European Partners plc. CCEP is classified within the GICS Consumer Staples sector, specifically the Soft Drinks & Non-alcoholic Beverages sub-industry, and is listed as a large-cap common stock.
CCEP operates as a licensed bottler-distributor under The Coca-Cola Companys franchise system, where concentrate production and brand marketing are concentrated at the brand owner and bottlers such as CCEP handle manufacturing, packaging, and route-to-market activities across their territories. The 2021 rebranding coincided with the acquisition of Coca-Cola Amatil, which extended CCEPs footprint from Europe into the Asia-Pacific region, broadening its geographic scope beyond the European Union, Great Britain, and Norway.
