Description: PTLC Pacer Trendpilot US Large

PTLC is a passively managed ETF that invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the Pacer Trendpilot US Large Cap Index. The index applies a rules-based, systematic trend-following methodology that adjusts equity exposure based on the S&P 500s price relative to its 200-business day simple moving average (approximately 10 months of trading sessions). Based on this signal, the fund allocates either 100% to the S&P 500, a 50/50 split between the S&P 500 and 3-Month U.S. Treasury bills, or 100% to 3-Month T-bills. This tactical, momentum-driven allocation model differentiates PTLC from traditional large-cap passive funds, which maintain constant equity exposure regardless of market trends.

Headlines to Watch Out For
  • S&P 500 trend above 200-day MA triggers full equity allocation
  • Fed rate cuts lower T-bill yields during defensive shifts
  • Rising AUM inflows from trend-following strategy adoption
