Description: FFSM Fidelity Covington Trust

The Fidelity Covington Trust - Fidelity Fundamental Small-Mid Cap ETF (FFSM) is an actively managed, non-diversified ETF that operates under an exemptive order from the SEC, which exempts it from the requirement to publicly disclose its full portfolio holdings on a daily basis. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of companies with small to medium market capitalizations, defined as those similar to those in the Russell 2500 Index, an index that tracks U.S. small- and mid-cap equities. It also invests in both domestic and foreign issuers.

Categorized as a Mid-Cap Blend ETF, FFSM employs a blend investment style that combines elements of both growth and value strategies. As a non-diversified fund, it may hold a more concentrated portfolio than diversified funds, which can increase its exposure to individual securities. The fund was launched in February 2021 and is listed on the BATS exchange.
