The JPMorgan BetaBuilders Europe ETF (BBEU) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of developed European equity markets. The fund commits at least 80% of its assets to securities included in this underlying index, which covers fifteen countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. As a beta-building product, BBEU is designed to deliver broad, low-cost exposure to large- and mid-cap European equities, allowing investors to participate in the performance of developed European markets through a single U.S.-listed security.
