ARKF is an actively-managed, non-diversified ETF that invests at least 80% of its assets in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies engaged in financial technology (Fintech) innovation. A company qualifies for inclusion if it derives a significant portion of its revenue or market value from Fintech innovation, or if its stated primary business focuses on Fintech products and services. The Fintech sector spans areas such as digital payments, online lending, blockchain technology, and digital wealth management platforms. As a non-diversified fund, ARKF may hold a more concentrated portfolio than diversified ETFs, resulting in greater exposure to individual securities within the Fintech theme.
