Park National Corporation (AMEX: PRK) is a bank holding company headquartered in Newark, Ohio, that operates through its principal subsidiary, Park National Bank. Founded in 1908, the company delivers commercial banking and trust services primarily in small and medium-sized communities across the United States.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of banking products, including demand, savings, and time deposits; trust and wealth management; cash management; safe deposit operations; electronic funds transfers; internet and mobile banking with bill pay; and credit cards. Its lending portfolio spans commercial loans (for industrial and commercial properties, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable, acquisitions, and commercial leasing), commercial real estate loans, consumer loans (automobile, recreational vehicle, watercraft, and home equity), residential real estate and construction loans, installment loans, and specialized financing such as aircraft financing and commercial vehicle/equipment leases. The company also provides a personal banking application called ParkDirect.

As a regional bank under the GICS Financials classification, Park National operates a community-oriented banking model that relies on localized deposit gathering and relationship-based lending. Trust and wealth management services are a notable feature of its revenue mix, complementing traditional interest-earning activities.
